Terms of Service

By commisioning me, you agreeing to the following Terms of Service:

General

  • These Terms of Service may be subject to changes in the future, so even if you have commissioned me before please read them again as I won't be held responsible for any unread changes.

  • Commission requests can be sent via email ([email protected]), the commision form at the end of these terms or DMs in Discord, Bluesky and Cara.app.

  • All art will be sent digitally via email so quality is lossless. That is why I require an email address. It won't be used for any evil purposes.

  • I reserve the right to reject a commision for any reason.



Payments

  • Payments are made via Paypal.

  • I require half the price upfront before the commision starts and the other half after I have sent you a watermarked final version. After that, you may receive the final drawing without this watermark on the way.

  • Commisions won't start until this first payment is done.

  • I get the payment in euros, so if you pay with another currency (Example: US dollars) a conversion fee will be added to the fixed price to compensate.



Deadlines
Delivery time will be discussed, but will mainly be within the range of 1 to 2 weeks.
In the event that several commisions are on queue and your artwork needs to be prioritised, a rush fee may be added.


Commission Process
After inquiring for one or several artworks, a price will be given along with a link or QR code to Paypal. When the first half of the price is sent, I will start with your commission as soon as possible.

Further communications will be continued on your preferred method (discord, email, bluesky/cara DMs)

Once the first payment is made, there won't be any refunds.

You will receive regular updates with watermark (lineart, base color, shading, post-processing) to make sure the artwork is to your liking and make the proper changes at the right step of the way. Fixes are free unless they are asked at the wrong step of the way (Example: change the pose when I'm already shading). In that case there will be an extra charge.

When it's finished, the same link or QR will be sent again for the second half of the payment. After that, the artwork will be sent via email.


Aditional costs
+100% for another character in the same artwork.
+25% Rush Fee.Rights / Signature removal fee can be discussed.Price on fixes at the wrong step can vary depending on how far along the artwork is and what the fix may be.


Usage Policy
The signature must always remain on the artwork as I rely on exposure to grow. If you wish to use the artwork for commercial use or to remove said signature, a "rights" fee will be added to the price. Otherwise, my artwork will remain for personal use but may be posted on social media as long as I'm tagged on the post. These are my current profiles:

If I cannot be found on the social media platform you use, please tag me with my Bluesky account (@eneri777.bsky.social).

I reserve the right to post the artwork in any of my social media accounts. However, if you wish for it to remain private, do say so before it is finished.

My artwork cannot be used for:

  • AI training or usage

  • NFTs

  • Promote hate, homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, sexism... etc.

  • Recoloring


If any of these conditions exposed in this section are not met, I will kindly ask for the artwork/post to be taken down and if this does not happen within a reasonable time it will either be reported or there may be other consequences.
